Telesales/ Charity Telefundraiser

Insight CCS is looking for experienced and professional telesales agents and you will be speaking to fine Australians on the phone to tell them how to support our charity clients by buying raffle entries. You must be self-motivated, committed to your assigned tasks and able to thrive on selling to a variety of people for a great cause!

Responsibilities:

       To sell raffle entries over the phone  on behalf of our charity clients to raise the funds needed to continue their vital work

       To conduct a mix of Cold Calling and Warm Calling to reach and surpass the set sales targets

       To obtain confirmed sales including credit card or direct debit sales

       To represent the company and our charity clients in a professional manner

Requirements:

       At least 6 months sales experience- telesales experience is advantageous but not essential

       Positive attitude and passion about charity work

       Excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills

       Proficient computer and data entry skills

       Must be available to work  5days/wk    Mon to Fri from 12pm to 8pm

Benefits:

       Paid Training and entry base rate of $18+/hr plus superannuation and expected to progress to the senior agents base rate of $20+Hr!

       Uncapped one-off and trail commissions based on the sales amount. Some of our agents easily double their pay! Our average agent earns $25+/hr- the longer you stay in the company, the more variety of commission you will receive! Come in and talk to us!
